This is the most wholesome, nutritionally-perfect jerky I've ever tried. It tastes homemade in the best way: rich and hearty, with just a touch of that salt-vinegar snap.
I'm not personally a fan of the way organ meats taste, and here you get the micronutrient punch of the organ meats, but I genuinely cannot taste them. It just tastes like wholesome, real jerky. It does not taste overly gamey, and thankfully it does not taste at all processed. I do not want a 7 grams of added sugar per serving candy jerky, and thankfully Real Provisions keeps it utterly simple: just the venison meat, salt, and vinegar.
The super high protein makes it satiating and flexible for snacking/meals. A little goes a long way, and this stuff is DENSE (in a good, real way). You could split a bag into 2-4 snacks (depending on hunger levels), or use a bag as the base of a super high protein on the go meal. I like the flexibility.
Not sure how you can improve on this jerky. It's just perfect.
